We are looking for eight or nine graduates, or those who have gained equivalent work experience, to join our latest workplace training programme. You will have a paid role within the organisation as well as weekly training opportunities. There are roles available in Glasgow, Cardiff, Belfast and London.
What we offer
For the graduate scheme we have designed a training programme incorporating weekly content from a range of contributors. This will include theological input, understanding our cultural context, leadership, communications, personal development and much more. You will report to a line manager who will oversee and manage your workload, and you will have opportunities to develop mentoring-style relationships. There will be interaction with the other graduates on the scheme as well as the wider staff team.
When does it start?
The scheme will run for 36 weeks from early September 2024 until June 2025.
