Lord of grace and faithfulness, we give you thanks.

We thank you for the history of your work in Scotland, for revivals and growth,

For mission movements and powerful leadership.

However, Lord, it can sometimes feel like the church in Scotland is now declining, and our faith seems weak.

Lord, we need your presence.

May your Holy Spirit sweep this land again.

Encourage your people, that lives may be transformed.

Strengthen your church that it may be a bold, creative, transforming body, and come, heal our land.

Lord, may you bless the work of the Evangelical Alliance in Scotland.

Grant us wisdom, energy, and compassion, and enable us to be used by you and for your glory.

Come, Lord Jesus,
