Our calling to reach Jewish people takes our workers throughout the UK, as well as into Eastern Europe, Russia, Germany (Aachen, Cologne and Koblenz),France (Toulouse) and into the Cape Town region of South Africa.
We have associates living, and working, in Israel as well. These are exciting days in which to be involved in taking the message of God’s love, ‘to the Jew first’, to Jewish people across the world.
Messianic Testimony was constituted in 1973 with the merger of the Mildmay Mission to the Jews, founded by John Wilkinson in 1876, and the Hebrew Christian Testimony to Israel, founded by David Baron and C A Schönberger in 1893.
“With so many Christians ashamed of the gospel of Jesus, today, it is imperative that we come back into God’s truth and order, as Paul wrote: ‘For I am not ashamed of the Gospel of Messiah: for It is the power of God unto salvation to everyone that believeth; to the Jew first, and also to the Greek.’ Rom. 1:16.
Many UK believers understood this, in the 19th Century, and the fruit of their faith is still with us today – among which is Messianic Testimony. As God said to Abraham, ‘I will bless those who bless thee.’ Gen. 12:3. What a blessing it has been to share in your work and witness. God bless you all!” — MT user
