Develop skills, study the Bible and grow in leadership with DNA
DNA is an exciting discipleship year focusing on developing skills and giftings, while studying the Bible and growing in identity in Christ.
DNA is a church-based year where trainees can be based in their own church or placed away, with an opportunity to serve in that context in a variety of areas. We seek to serve the life of the local church as well as develop leaders of the future, both for within church, the community and the market place.
DNA is for anyone over the age of 18 years and is a challenging and exciting opportunity to go on a year of discovery with God.
We’d love to hear from you if you’d like to explore a year of discipleship and leadership training in partnership with the local church.
“DNA is a church based discipleship year programme which develops Christians in leadership gifting, theology and most importantly character. It can be accessed full or part time in your own church or in a church we place you in. We operate across the UK and most major church streams and whilst we are a nonprofit making charity with our own trustees and council of reference, being a part of the Evangelical Alliance is very important to us. Identifying with the wider body of Christ, utilising their resources and advice, and expressing partnership are all part of our Kingdom desire to serve as effectively and accountably as possible.” — Pete Gilbert, team leader
