The law and our gospel freedoms. Cultivating an evangelistic culture in our churches. Tips on how to resolve conflict. Nurturing public leaders within our congregations. How to keep God at the heart of business. These are just a handful of the topics that a team from the Evangelical Alliance will delve into in a series of expert-led seminars at this year’s Christian Resources Exhibition.
The three-day event, which will take place from 16 to 18 October at the Sandown Park Racecourse in Esher, Surrey, will also showcase an extensive range of products and services, to give national and local church leaders a one-stop shop for what they may need to strengthen their ministries. Jews for Jesus UK, Mission Aviation Fellowship and Green Pastures Housing are among the other Christian organisations that will also be exhibiting at the resource exhibition.
Individual members of the Evangelical Alliance can get their tickets to CRE completely free! Get your ticket here.
Jo Frost, director of communications and membership at the Evangelical Alliance, commented: “It’s a pleasure to be involved with CRE this year. We have always been committed to supporting churches and individual Christians around the UK to make Jesus known. So working with CRE, offering a broad range of seminars and workshops, and connecting with people personally is a perfect fit for us, as we all seek to serve ministries and celebrate the life-changing good news of Jesus.”
CRE’s managing director, Steve Goddard, said: “For churches facing a multitude of questions, from finance to dry rot, planning applications to databases, CRE is a day of discovery. Experts fill every aisle, representing some 200 organisations, and they will guide attendees through the complexities of local and international ministry in an ever-changing world. Choose from more than 50 free seminars, on everything from sound systems to security, youth work to overseas mission, then relax in Cindy’s Bar, offering music, theatre and conversation. No wonder CRE is often called the ‘ideal church show’.”
