Nicodemus: Project Monitoring & Evaluation Course
This online course, completed at the learner's own pace, supports church leaders and members to monitor the effectiveness of a project.
Nicodemus have created this course to guide churches through good monitoring and evaluation practice. Project monitoring allows for informed changes to maximise the benefits to your community and, ultimately, to the furthering of God’s kingdom.
Running a project in the best, most effective way is crucial to its long-term success. Monitoring a project also collects data that churches may use to assist any funding applications for future mission.
Material is accessed online for a minimum of 18 months so participants can learn at their pace, at a time they choose, with the possibility for re-watching each session. All supporting workbooks are available to download, and recorded roleplays are available to assist in illustrating points.
