GDPR is changing for charities – you need to know how

A new data protection law is being considered by the UK government, and one of the changes would allow charities to send marketing messages to individuals by electronic mail without needing consent in some cases (called soft opt-in). This will provide charities with significant opportunities to engage with more people about their work and ways of supporting them.

He is currently the Evangelical Alliance’s outsourced data protection officer and Zorva Consulting Ltd is an organisational member of the Evangelical Alliance.
