The Journey Church's mission is to be living out God’s dream for the world. God’s dream is the kingdom of God on earth as it is in heaven. It’s for healing, restoration and renewal of our relationship with God, our neighbour and creation. The Journey Church lives out God’s dream by following Christ and helping their neighbours follow Christ. They especially help students and families from many nations follow Christ.
Hope for the harvest
11 February 2022It turned out there is always a way to sow the seed of God’s word! We adapted. Like many, we started to sow God’s word through social media. Our church has grown during the pandemic through new believers finding community and faith. We met one guy in his 30s in an online Bible study. As his faith grew he decided to get baptised, which we did in a very cold Manchester lake at the height of the winter lockdown.
