Cllr Sam Rowlands has been an elected member of Conwy County Borough Council since 2008, and was elected as its leader in June 2019. Outside of politics and previous to becoming council leader, he is an experienced credit risk manager working for an international bank. Three children and a dog keep his feet firmly rooted to the ground!
