Catherine Burt is the assistant director and communications manager for Girls' Brigade Ministries. She's worked for the charity for just over 10 years and has a background in internal communications and journalism. Catherine has been involved with Girls' Brigade community groups since the age of four when she started attending a local group and has been in one group or another ever since.

Songs for the children
27 November 2019You can imagine the excitement when we were given songs and scripts to learn in the weeks leading up to the big event, so we could proudly perform in front of our families and church members.I recently revisited the church we used to perform in and some of the memories of these performances came flooding back. Restoration through relationship
27 February 2019At first, I was still very shy: I didn’t like to join in the games or activities and was much more content to sit and watch. But, as time went by, I did start to join in and found my voice… and my confidence.
