Alexandra Davis
Alexandra has been at Pilgrims’ Friend Society as Director of Marketing and Communications since September 2019. Previously she was part of the communications team at the Evangelical Alliance having worked for Release International in the supporter relations team. Alexandra has a Masters degree in Democracy and Democratisation from University College London and spent time with the Baptist Missionary Society in Kosovo. Alexandra is part of the leadership team at her church.
Serve Scotland: MSPs commend work of faith groups in Scotland
17 September 2017Kate Forbes MSP has commended the work of church organisations and faith groups in a debate at Holyrood. MSPs heard that volunteers are giving almost £100m in time and resources each year to social action projects across Scotland. An exhibition on the work of Serve Scotland will run at Holyrood for a week. Kate Forbes MSP said: "Across Scotland, there are individuals who prioritise somebody else's wellbeing and comfort over their own, as they volunteer with faith-based organisations.

Authored by Dewi Hughes, who was Tearfund's theological advisor for nearly two decades, the book mixes practical examples with pastoral advice for working alongside people becoming Christians from other faith backgrounds.
