Are you a senior strategic communications specialist with a passion to see the Christian faith make a lasting impact in every sphere of public life? The Evangelical Alliance is seeking a creative, driven and inspiring leader to oversee its editorial, press and membership marketing strategies as its new director of communications & marketing. You will be pivotal in building awareness and understanding of the Alliance's 170-year story and be committed to protecting and strengthening its reputation.

The successful candidate will be a committed evangelical Christian and have top quality, proven communications and marketing skills. You will also be a strong team player capable of influencing hearts and minds from all walks of life through co-ordinated, high calibre marketing communications across the Alliance and beyond.

As the brand guardian, the director of communications & marketing will play a key role in ensuring we continue to reflect our unique identity, ethos and values within our organisation; but also find innovative and inspiring ways of communicating who we are to others - from journalists to prospective member churches and organisations.

As part of the Evangelical Alliance leadership team, you will be an ambassador for the organisation, telling our story through multi-media platforms in a way that engages people in our dynamic faith and encourages them to join us.

Salary: up to £52,000, plus non-contributory pension
