Cara lives in Glasgow with her husband Alex and five young children. She is a member of Newton Mearns Baptist Church and helps out with their activities for children and young people. Previously, Cara has worked in administration in both retail and finance and has also worked in the lobbying sector in Scotland. She has a degree in politics and a masters in public policy.

A church toddler group transformed my life. What could your group do?

9 March 2022In reality I think that my journey to faith started long before this. I was always quietly interested in spirituality, and churches fascinated me. I had met many Christians in my life and was always struck by their positivity, contentedness and kindness.
